This hand book of information is published as per the requirement of the mandatory provision of pro-active disclosure as contained in section 4(1)(b) of the Right to Information Act,2005 as envisaged in the provision, the Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar being the public authority under the Act is required to disclose information on the organizational sector, objectives of the organization, functions, services rendered and duties of the various authority and employees of the organization.
