Aims and Objective of the Organization:

   The aims and objectives of the Cuttack Municipal Corporation is to provide basic amenities to it's inhabitants like Health and Sanitation, Maintenance of Roads and Drains, Education, Improvement of Slum dweller, Relief at the time of natural calamities etc. 

Brief history & background of its establishment:

   This Municipal Corporation was established in the Year 1876 and was known as Cuttack Municipality. 11 was later converted Cuttack Municipal Corporation w.e.f. 15.08.1994 as per the Govt. order No.24145/HUD dt.28.7.1994. 

Allocation of Business:

   As provided in the Odisha Govt. Rules of Business including instruction of the Housing and Urban Development Department.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism:

Mayor: Every Saturday from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.
