This office was bifurcated from Dhenkanal Registration district and independently functioned from 1996.

Allocation of Business: Collection of Govt. Revenue by registering documents.
Duties to be Performed to achieve the Mission: Service to registrant public.
Details of Services Rendered : Service to registrant public.
Citizens Interaction: Public seeking registration of various documents, details of rules explained to them.

Working Hours both for Office and Public: 10 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday to Saturday except 2nd Saturday.

Since it is a public office the registrant publics are to be informed for preparation of their Deeds.
Grievance Redress Mechanism: Grievance received from the public and action taken promptly.
